    You should have eye check ups yearly to see if you have
    physical problems. Maybe exercise and vitamins will help.
    It is worth a try. Look for a dr that doesn’t advertise how
    remarkable his process is. Cause he is selling something!

    Absolutely get checked by an Optometrist (possibly an MD depending on the severity and onset) to rule out anything sinister. Once you’ve a clean bill of health, you may want to consider visiting a well qualified practitioner of Chinese medicine.
