I purchased this product for my wife…Traditionally these little heat wrap things are VERY strong in the aroma dept…but this one is nice and smooth…the smell of lavender is very pleasant…the size is nice…it is definitely over a foot long and is more than 6in wide…wonderful gift for my wife and she loves it…and when no one is looking and everyone is out of the house it feels pretty nice on the aches and pains in my back and neck as well…we have used it as a bed warmer as well…she loves it i love it…you should love it!
