Acupuncture isn’t dangerous!
Both work really well for it.
massage.
Deep tissues is amazing, and most weight lifters should get one every now and again even if they do foam roll regularly (self message with a foam roller)
Acupuncture has SOME legitimate benefits, but I KNOW a good massage works wonders, no guess work, no maybes.
try shiatsu massage. it’s like acupuncture without the needles.
Acupuncture is not dangerous, just painful, at times.
Massage generally relieves stress.
For anxiety take Cava Cava.
