The answer to your question is HOMEOPATHY !
Believe it or not its the most effective, natural way of healing !
Take Care and God Bless you !

As an herboligist I know of hundreds of ‘good’ books, but there are a couple I highly recommend.
‘Encyclopedia of Herbal Medicine’ by Andrew Chevallier, and I
think it can be ordered at http://www.dk.com
The other book is ‘The Natural Physicians Healing Therapies’
by Doctor Mark Stengler ND, and can be found at http://www.bottom
    linesecrets.com.
    Hope this helps..

This is a great book with great information…

Healing with Whole Foods: Asian Traditions and Modern Nutrition (3rd Edition) by Paul Pitchford

I would agree with the gentleman who answered first, Homeopathy is the best way of natural healing. Kevin Trudeau is a known huckster and I won’t trust him if I was you.

My two ‘bibles’ on this matter are: Prescription For Natural Cures by Balch and Stengler, and Encyclopedia Of Natural Medicine by Murray and Pizzorno. Also good are Alternative Cures by Gottlieb, and Digestive Wellness by Lipski. Let’s Get Well by Adelle Davis is good too.
